Correlation maps of mGluR5 and synaptic density in all regions

Pearson’s correlation coefficients (r) and associated p values were calculated between [18F]FPEB (mGluR5) and [11C]UCB-J (synaptic density) PET DVRs in all regions in participants with (A) Alzheimer’s Disease (n = 15) and (B) normal cognition (n = 12). All voxels in each region were colored uniformly for regions that had an uncorrected p < 0.05 and displayed as an overlay on the MNI template T1 MRI.
